Superior Vision Services has a nationwide network of refractive surgeons. These providers offer Superior Vision Plan members a discounted rate off the usual and
customary prices for LASIK surgery. These discounts vary depending on the provider but are the best possible discounts available to Superior Vision.
In addition, we have contracted with two well-known LASIK providers for additional discounts in certain states. LasikPlus offers a 15% discount off their standard
pricing, or 5% off of their promotional pricing – whichever is better. TruVision offers a 10% savings off the entire laser vision procedure. Both LasikPlus and TruVision

With all of our providers, there are no claims filed, no authorization by Superior Vision, and no co-payments required. The discounts are taken at the time of your visit,
directly between you and our in-network provider. In-network providers participating in this special discount feature have “refractive surgery” in their online provider
locator listing.
All ophthalmologists providing refractive surgery undergo detailed credentialing requirements in accordance with NCQA national standards prior to acceptance. If you would
like to nominate a provider for participation in our Refractive Surgery Network, please complete a Provider Nomination Form found on our website and return it to us.
